# Citrix Self Paced Training FAQ

## I have redeemed my key, how do I find my training?

To find all available training to you, you can access your **OnDemand Subscription Catalog** directly by navigating [here](https://redeem.skillable.com/Course/BrowseOnDemand).

## How do I navigate the lab environment?

## How many launches per lab do learners receive?

Learners receive 10 launches per Lab Profile.

## Can the labs be saved?

Yes, learners can save their labs for up to 7 days.

## How long is my key valid for after Purchase?

Your key is valid for 30 days after purchase.

## How long is my training valid for after redeeming my key?

Your training access is valid for 90 days after redeeming your key.

## I received an error about max number of uses when redeeming my key

**"The Max number of uses for this subscription key has been met".**

If you are receiving the above error message, this means that you have already redeemed your key. Navigate to [redeem.skillable.com](http://redeem.skillable.com) and use the **Sign In** option to log in to your account and access your training. If you believe you are receiving this message in error, please reach out to [support](https://www.skillable.com/customer-support/) for assistance.

## How do I request a refund?

Skillable does not offer refunds for purchases made on Skillable Storefront. Please contact [support](https://www.skillable.com/customer-support/) if you feel you have an exception to this policy.

Labs in Skillable Studio are housed in a Lab Profile. The Lab Profile contains the information about the configurable settings and the virtual machines that make up a lab. For a Lab Profile to be published it must be part of a Lab Series.
