# How to Update an Email on User Account?

Three separate email addresses can be added to your user account. Changes to any of these emails need to be submitted to your training Organization to process.

## Update your Email Address

Please provide your training organization with your current account information and provide the details of the changes you are requesting to be made.

An organization is assigned to each entity in the TMS, such as, users, classes, subscriptions, and courses. The organization is a basis to determine access given based on roles within the organization and management over the organization.
