Getting Started with Citrix SPO Marketplace

Getting started with Skillable's Citrix Self-Paced Online Marketplace is easy and only takes a few steps, whether you are a new or existing learner. This document will walk you through creating an account, navigating the store, and making a purchase.

How to get Started?

New Users - Create an Account

1. If this is your first visit, navigate to the Citrix Self Paced Marketplace.

2. At the top of the page select Register.

3. Fill out the form and follow the on-screen prompts to create your account.

Returning Users - Log in to your Account

1. If you are a returning customer, navigate to the Citrix Self Paced Marketplace.

2. At the top of the page, select Sign In.

Navigate and Purchase Courses Using Redemption Keys

1. To view the Citrix Self-Paced course offering, you can:
   a. Use the search function at the top of the page to search for a specific course.
   b. Use the Academy tabs below the search function to view all courses within a specific Academy.

2. When you locate the course(s) you want to purchase, add a single quantity of each to your cart and proceed to check out.

3. After completing your purchase, you will receive two emails.
   a. An order confirmation
   b. Redemption keys to gain access to your content.
