# How Do I Check My Storage Capacity?

Do you need to know how much lab storage space you have left? You can quickly find the full amount of lab storage for your Organization, and the amount of space used, and the amount remaining from your storage page.

To take a look at your storage, once you are logged in,

1. Open **Site Administration**.
2. On the Storage tile, select the **Manage Storage** link. This opens up the Storage page for your organization.
3. The **status bar** shows the amount of storage space in use as well as what is available to use.

An organization is assigned to each entity in the TMS, such as, users, classes, subscriptions, and courses. The organization is a basis to determine access given based on roles within the organization and management over the organization.
