You can log in to a Virtual Machine (VM) by using the credentials provided on the Resources tab in the lab environment. One the Resources tab, you will find a list of all VMs that are in the lab, along with a username and password for each VM.
Best Practices for Preventing Log In Issues
Test your login credentials before the class, or before you plan to complete the lab.
When TypeText is not available, always copy credentials from your Lab Instructions and paste into the VM or cloud window, instead of manually typing. This can help to prevent issues related to typos.

The steps outlined in this document may not work as expected, depending on the operating system that your virtual machine uses. Some Linux based VMs may not work as expected. If the steps in this document do not work for your VM, you may need to manually type the username and password.
To log in to a VM, perform the following steps
Select the Resources tab.
Select the VM you wish to log in to.
Select the username field in the VM.
Select the TypeText (T) button next to the username in the Resource tab, or type the username into the VM username field.
Select the password field in the VM.
Select the TypeText (T) button next to the password in the Resource tab, or type the password into the VM password field.
