# Using Insights Dashboards and Reports

Skillable Insights is a data analytics platform that delivers the insights you need to make informed decisions. Data is delivered in dashboards for easy consumption, while providing key metrics.

### Dashboards

The **Dashboard** tab contains widgets with engagement and performance metrics for your Organization.

On the **Consumer Metrics** dashboard, this includes:

| Section | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Average Labs per User** | This displays the average labs that have been launched by users that belong to your organization. This is helpful to understand how engaged users are. |
| **Total Unique Users** | This displays the total unique users that belong to your organization. This is helpful to understand how many users belong to your organization. |
| **Minutes Per Lab** | This displays the average amount of time users are actively using a Hands-on lab, measured in minutes. This is helpful to know how long users are active in a lab. This could also be an indication of how engaging a lab is. |
| **Total Launches by Month/Year** | This shows a breakdown of when your organization’s users are launching hands-on labs. This is displayed by month and year. This is helpful to identify busy or slow times throughout the year. |
| **Launch Locations** | This displays the worldwide locations where users in your organization have launched hands-on labs. This is helpful to understand where your users are geographically located. |

### Opening a report

You can open any report that is available to you in Skillable Insights.

To open a report:

1. Select **View report** on the dashboard next to the dashboard title.
  1. Optionally, you may select the report title from the **Reports** tab.
2. The selected report will open the PowerBI report in a new tab on your browser.

#### Invoices

The **Invoices** tab in Skillable Insights provides a centralized and convenient way to keep track of billing records. If your account is enabled for invoice access, you will also see a tab for invoices. An organization is assigned to each entity in the TMS, such as, users, classes, subscriptions, and courses. The organization is a basis to determine access given based on roles within the organization and management over the organization.

Hands-on labs are cloud-based environments where learners engage with technology, software, and tools. By manipulating and practicity directly, users gain valuable skills. These labs are widely used for training, certification, and skill development across various domains.
