# Integrating Virtual Meetings

## Overview

Skillable TMS integrates with three virtual meeting platforms: **Adobe Connect**, **Webex**, and **Zoom**. Integrating a virtual meeting host with Skillable TMS streamlines scheduling and meeting access. When you schedule a Class in TMS, a corresponding meeting is automatically created in your virtual meeting host. Students also receive direct links to class recordings from their Enrollment.

This integration gives both students and instructors a single location to:

- Launch their virtual meetings
- Access all class Activities
- View class recordings

> [!WARNING]
> Skillable and Your VMH
>
> Skillable does not control or monitor changes or outages on Adobe Connect, WebEx, or Zoom. We only provide a service that allows meetings to be created and accessed from within Skillable TMS.

## Adobe Connect Integrated Meeting Host Setup

Once you have an Adobe Connect contract, send these details to Skillable Support:

- The URL for your Adobe Connect account.
- The username and password for your account, with full **Administrator**account permissions.
- The number of licenses purchased.
- The instructor **class launch window** (default 60 minutes before class session start and 0 minutes after session end).
- The student **class launch window** (default 15 minutes before class session start and 0 minutes after session end).

Class launch windows specify how long before and after a class session instructors and students can join the meeting.

After gathering these details, submit a Skillable TMS/Adobe Connect [integration request](https://supportrequest.learnondemandsystems.com/form-4500904/support-request).

## Zoom Integrated Meeting Host Setup

To integrate Zoom into Skillable TMS, you’ll need a **licensed Zoom account**, a **JSON Web Token (JWT)**, and some account details to share with Skillable Support.

Once your Zoom plan and account are set up, create the JWT:

1. Go to the [Zoom App Marketplace.](https://marketplace.zoom.us/)
2. From the **Develop** menu, select **Build App.**

The **Choose your app type**page opens.
3. On the **JWT** tile, select **Create**.
4. Complete the required fields to create the app.

After creating the JWT, submit a Skillable TMS/Zoom [integration request](https://supportrequest.learnondemandsystems.com/form-4500904/support-request) with these details:

- Your **API Key** and **API Secret**
- The email address of a licensed Zoom user

> [!CAUTION]
> Secret Regeneration
>
> Regenerating your API Secret after setup will break the integration.

## Webex Integrated Meeting Host Setup

To integrate WebEx into Skillable TMS, you’ll need a **licensed WebEx account**. Once you have an WebEx contract, send these details to Skillable Support:

- The **Site Name** for the WebEx account.
- The **username and password**for an account that can schedule meetings on behalf of instructors. This account must be able to create, update, and delete meetings.
- The instructor **class launch window** (default 60 minutes before class session start and 0 minutes after session end).
- The student **class launch window** (default 15 minutes before class session start and 0 minutes after session end).

Class launch windows specify how long before and after a class session instructors and students can join the meeting.

After gathering these details, submit a Skillable TMS/WebEx [integration request](https://supportrequest.learnondemandsystems.com/form-4500904/support-request).

[Comparing Virtual Meeting Hosts](/v1/docs/vmh-comparison)

A class is a scheduled instructor-led event with a start and end time/date. Typically, these include lectures and hands on activities such as labs.

An enrollment is the student registration for a class. Enrollments have multiple statuses, but only the Enrollment Status of Enrolled gives a student access to class. Within the enrollment the student will access the labs and activities and if set up digital courseware and virtual classroom for their class.

Activities are configured in the instructions editor and represented in the lab instructions by a replacement token. Activities fall into two broad categories: Questions and Automated.

- Questions are multiple choice or short answer questions.
- Automated Activities interact with the lab environment (Virtual Machine/Container/Cloud Platform).
