How long do learners have access to the labs after a class ends?

Learners have access to the labs for 180 days after the end of a Class. For Courses that require Tenants and/or Azure Passes, learners receive a single Tenant/Azure Pass per Enrollment. These are valid for the course duration may provide post-class access. In these cases, learners will need to provide their own credentials for post-class learning.

How many launches per Lab do learners receive?

• For courses labeled [Cloud Slice Provided], Learners receive 10 launches per lab profile.

• For courses labeled [Azure Pass Provided] or without a label appended, there are no launch limits

How do instructors access the labs to prepare for upcoming classes?

Instructors can access the labs once they have been assigned to teach a class. Instructors will need to login to the TMS and access their class from the Instructor Dashboard or from the Instructor Calendar. By selecting on an activity, it will take them to the lab launch page.

I have a class that starts today, how long does it take to set up a class and provide labs to students?

Purchases are sync'd automatically to your Skillable TMS Organization. This sync may take up to an hour. Once the vouchers appear in the Available Vouchers section of the Manage Class Vouchers page, they are ready for scheduling. Setting up the class should only take a few minutes. Once the class is created, you can provide Training Keys to students for immediate access.

What happens if I have a "no-show" student?

Operations Managers can make changes to the class roster during the first two hours of class. If a student does not attend, as long as they have not launched any labs, they can be removed from the class. If a student needs to be removed from a class after that period, you will need to contact Support. Unused Class Vouchers for a class will automatically be returned to you after the class ends.

What do I do if I need to add more students to my class?

If you need to provide labs to more students than originally planned, you will need to purchase the additional vouchers from the Marketplace store. Once the purchases have sync'd to your account, go to the class page and select the Class Training Keys option. On the Class Training Keys page, select Add Voucher to assign additional vouchers to your class. Once added those vouchers are available to be assigned to students.

How long are vouchers valid for after purchase?

Vouchers are valid for 90 days after purchase.
