# Streaming Gotomeeting

Give your students and instructors the convenience of one place for all members of the Class to open their virtual classroom and all their Course Activities and labs. Deliver your instructor-led training virtually with GoToMeeting within a Skillable TMS class.

## Find your GoToMeeting URL

Start by scheduling a meeting in GoToMeeting, when this is completed you can access the meeting’s URL to input in the TMS class. In the meeting information locate the meeting URL and copy it into your TMS class.

**Creating User Accounts and Enrolling Students**

We have several methods of creating user accounts and enrolling students. The simplest method is to provide each student a training key; the key allows them to create a user account and enroll into class.

User accounts can be created manually or imported. Once created the users can be enrolled as a group into your class.

A class is a scheduled instructor-led event with a start and end time/date. Typically, these include lectures and hands on activities such as labs.

Bundles together content to then be set up for training through classes, subscriptions, and course assignments. Courses can include labs, videos, SCORM, LTI, external links, assessments, and documents. Courses must be assigned to a Content Provider and a Publishing Group to be available to set up for training.

Activities are configured in the instructions editor and represented in the lab instructions by a replacement token. Activities fall into two broad categories: Questions and Automated.

- Questions are multiple choice or short answer questions.
- Automated Activities interact with the lab environment (Virtual Machine/Container/Cloud Platform).
