# Streaming Webex

Give your students and instructors the convenience of one place for all members of the Class to open their virtual classroom and all their Course Activities and labs. Deliver your instructor-led training virtually with Webex within a Skillable TMS class.

## Find your Webex URL

When you have completed scheduling a meeting in Webex you can access the meeting’s URL to input in the TMS class. Look up the meeting by name on your Cisco Webex site. Under Meeting Information, you will find the Meeting Link. Copy the URL provided. If you have not set a password for the meeting, your users can attend once the meeting has started without registering or entering a password.

### Enter your Webex URL in your Class

If you have used the Skillable TMS before for classes, then the only new element is adding Webex for your class's delivery. If you have not set up a class before, you can find links to additional resources below.

When editing or creating your class,

1. Expand the **Delivery** section.
2. For **Delivery Type** choose **Virtual** or **Physical and Virtual**.
3. For **Virtual Meeting Host** select **Custom Virtual Classroom**, this opens additional fields to input the meeting URL and set the times the Enter Classroom button is available to users.
4. Input the **URL** from the meeting you have scheduled in your preferred virtual meeting provider.
5. Check the **Set Pre and Post Class Launch Access** box, this must be checked for the times to work.

**Creating User Accounts and Enrolling Students**

We have several methods of creating user accounts and enrolling students. The simplest method is to provide each student a training key; the key allows them to create a user account and enroll into class.

User accounts can be created manually or imported. Once created the users can be enrolled as a group into your class.

A class is a scheduled instructor-led event with a start and end time/date. Typically, these include lectures and hands on activities such as labs.

Bundles together content to then be set up for training through classes, subscriptions, and course assignments. Courses can include labs, videos, SCORM, LTI, external links, assessments, and documents. Courses must be assigned to a Content Provider and a Publishing Group to be available to set up for training.

Activities are configured in the instructions editor and represented in the lab instructions by a replacement token. Activities fall into two broad categories: Questions and Automated.

- Questions are multiple choice or short answer questions.
- Automated Activities interact with the lab environment (Virtual Machine/Container/Cloud Platform).
