This article is intended to assist with troubleshooting an Access Denied error message when navigating within the Skillable Training Management System (TMS).
Best Practices
Receiving an Access Denied message may mean that your account is missing the correct permissions to view a specifc resource. If your account has recently been updated with a new user role, you may need to log out and then back in to your account to see the changes.
You may also need to clear your browser cache to ensure that you are viewing the most up to date resources.
What do I do if I am getting an Access Denied message?
Reaching an Access Denied Page may be the result of using a bookmarked link to a page that has been archived or by following a link that is associated to another user's training.
If you are receiving an Access Denied message after following a link:
Check that it is from an official source.
Verify that you are signing on using the correct URL provided by your training company.
If you continue to receive an Access Denied message when trying to navigate to a required page, please reach out to our customer support team to verify if your account needs to be reconfigured.
