Getting Started with Insights

Skillable Insights is a one-stop destination to find reports, metrics, and the data you care most about from across Skillable products. Insights contains a customizable, glanceable dashboard, as well as drill-down reports where you can filter and sort to meet your needs. With Insights, you can view critical details about Skillable engagement, performance, consumption, and more.

Using Insights for the First Time

To connect to Insights, browse to https://insights.skillable.com. Here you can sign on with the method you most commonly use to access Skillable products - options include:

• AAD Corporate
• Microsoft account
• Google account
• Skillable local account

A few things to note when you first log in:

• The Dashboards tab is your landing page and shows you the report widgets that have been configured for your organization.
• The Reports tab shows a list of reports that are available to your organization.
• Your organization name is displayed just to the left of your name.
• Your name is displayed on the top-right side of the page.
• If you belong to multiple organizations, a drop-down control will be present to the right of your organization name, from which you can choose which customer data is visible on the dashboard.
