Summary
In complex environments you may bring several of your own AI Models into Skillable Studio. You can control which of the Child Organizations you manage have access to which models, so each Child Organization sees only the models you choose. If you need this separation for Skillable-supplied models, contact your Skillable representative or customer support.

Bullet-pointed high-level overview
Open Site Administration and select AI Models under Integration.
Open the AI Model you want to control, then select the Organization Availability tab.
Add the Child Organization, search for it and select it.
Save the AI Model.
In-depth documentation
In Skillable Studio, open Site Administration.
In the Integration column, select AI Models.
In the AI Models list, select the model you want to make available. For example, Llama-4 Scout.
On the model page, confirm you have the correct model on the Basic Information tab.
Select the Organization Availability tab. Leave Available to all organizations cleared, then select Add Organization.
In the Choose Organization dialog, open the operator dropdown next to the Name filter and select Contain.
In the search field, enter the Child Organization's name.
Select Search.
In the results, select the checkbox for the Child Organization you want to grant access to. You can select more than one organization.
Select OK.
On the Organization Availability tab, confirm the organization appears in the list, then select Save. The selected Child Organization can now access the AI Model.
Best practices
Give each Child Organization access only to the models it needs, rather than selecting Available to all organizations, so each Child Organization sees only relevant models.
Use the Contain match type when searching, so a partial organization name still returns results.
Select multiple Child Organizations in a single pass when the same model applies to several of them.
Confirm the organization appears in the Organization Availability list before selecting Save, to avoid a silent miss.
