Consumer Metrics Report
The Consumer Metrics report has a control panel on the left-hand side, which allows switching between report tabs, as well as applying filters to the report contents.
Selecting Engagement or Performance on the left-hand side will switch between report tabs, i.e. display the respective engagement or performance report visuals and data on the right-hand display portion of the window.
Sliding the Date filter (or entering dates into the date range text boxes) will filter which data is displayed.
Selecting check box(es) under Studio Organization and/or TMS Organization will filter the data displayed to the selected organization(s).
Tips on filtering by organization
If no check boxes are selected, all respective Studio or TMS organizations will be displayed.
Multiple check boxes can be selected by holding down CTRL while selecting a check box.
Engagement tab
The Engagement tab of the Consumer Metrics report contains an expanded slate of information about course engagmenent, including:
Course assignments created
Class enrollments created
Lab series assignments created
Total lab launches
Launch Stats including Total Launches, Total Unique Users, and Average Launches per User.
Performance tab
The Performance tab of the Consumer Metrics report contains an expanded slate of information about course performance, including:
Total Lab Runtime
Launch Stats including Total Launches, Total Unique Users, Average Launches per User, Total Runtime hours, Average Hours per User, and Average Minutes per Lab.
Detail at a Lab Profile level, including Lab Profile ID/Name, Number of Unique Users and Launches, Total Runtime in hours, and Average Minutes per Lab.
