Skillable Insights is a data analytics platform that delivers the insights you need to make informed decisions. It is a helpful tool for Program Managers to find reports, metrics and some of the most demanded data you care about.
Using Insights for the First Time
Getting started with Skillable Insights invoices is easy. You will need to gain access to Skillable Insights before you can view or browse Insights content, such as your dashboard, reports, or invoices. Your CSM or Account executive can assist you with enabling access.
Get access to Skillable Insights
Reach out to your CSM or Account Executive and request an Insights account. You can optionally contact us at operations@skillable.zendesk.com for assistance with your Insights account.
Getting Started
To get started with Insights, browse to https://insights.skillable.com. Here you can sign on with the method you use to access Skillable products; your CSM or Account executive will pass this information along to you if you’re not sure.
Account options that can be used to sign in include:
Microsoft single sign-on (Entra ID)
Microsoft account (login.live.com)
Google account (accounts.google.com)
Skillable local account
After you log in, you will see options to view information that your account has access to.
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Dashboards | Your landing page and shows you the report widgets that have been configured for your organization. |
Reports | This shows a list of reports that are available to your organization. |
Invoices | If your account is configured with invoice access in your organization, you will see an Invoices tab next to the Reports tab. |
Organization | The organization name that your account is associated with is displayed. If you belong to multiple organizations, a drop-down selection will be displayed next to your organization name, from which you can choose which organization's data is visible on the dashboard. |
Name | The name on your account is displayed. Selecting your name will redirect you to your profile page. |
What if I don't see my Dashboard?
If you don’t see the Dashboard or Reports tabs, it’s possible your account isn’t configured for Skillable Insights. Please contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to help with your onboarding.
You can optionally contact us at operations@skillable.zendesk.com for assistance with your Insights account. Please provide your name and organization name when contacting us for assistance with your Insights account.
