Obtain an Insights Account

Obtaining an account for Skillable Insights invoices is easy. Your CSM or Account executive will need to assist you with enabling access. You can optionally contact us at operations@skillable.zendesk.com for assistance with your Insights account.

New Skillable Insights user

You will need to gain access to Skillable Insights before you can view or browse Insights content, such as your dashboard, reports, or invoices. Reach out to your CSM or Account Executive and request an Insights account.

Existing Skillable Insights user

If you already have a Skillable account, you may need to request access to your Organization’s content in Insights. If you can log in to Skillable Insights but don’t see your dashboard or available reports, reach out to your CSM or Account Executive and request to have access enabled for your Insights account.

Log in to Skillable Insights

To log on to Insights, navigate to https://insights.skillable.com.  Here you can sign in with the method you use to access Skillable products; your CSM or Account executive will pass this information along to you if you’re not sure. Account options include:

  • Microsoft single sign-on (Entra ID)

  • Microsoft account (login.live.com)

  • Google account (accounts.google.com)

  • Skillable local account

What if I don't see my Dashboard?

If you don’t see the Dashboard and Reports tabs, it’s possible you aren’t yet configured for Insights.  Please contact your Account Executive or Customer Success Manager to help with your onboarding.  You can also email operations@skillable.zendesk.com for assistance with your Insights account.  Please provide your name and company name when emailing us for assistance with your Insights account.
