Finding User Accounts

User accounts can be found by name, e-mail address, username, role, Organization, Organizations they have management over, when they were created and several other options as well.

Finding User Accounts

To find a user:

  1. On the Admin menu in the Users group, select Find Users.

  2. Select Add filter.

  3. From the dropdown, select the ones you would like to use.

  4. Add necessary information in the filters.

  5. Select Output Options and select the fields you would like to see in your output.

  6. Select Search. To view the user's account, in the search results either select the user's name or the Details link on the same row.
