How Do I Resolve Internet Connectivity Loss In A Lab?

Some lab environments may have external internet access configured on the Lab Profile. Internet connectivity in these labs may become intermittent or disconnected.

Report Connectivity Issues

If connectivity issues occur, please reach out to your instructor or training organization. Please provide them with the following information.

  • Name of the lab

  • Your unique lab ID, found on the Help tab of the lab interface.

  • The URL of the website you're attempting to connect to. This is important because the website could be disallowed by an Access Control List configured on the lab profile.
