    How long do learners have access to the labs after a class ends?

    Learners have access to the labs for 30 days after the end of a class.

    How many launches per Lab do learners receive?

    Learners receive 10 launches per Lab.

    Can the labs be saved?

    Yes, learners can save their labs for up to 7 days.

    How do instructors access the labs to prepare for upcoming classes?

    Instructors can reach out to their organization's Operation Manager who can provide them access to launch the labs to prepare for their upcoming deliveries. To demonstrate the labs during the class, we recommend launching from the class page. To access the class page, instructors will need to login to the TMS and access their class from the Instructor Dashboard or from the Instructor Calendar. By selecting an activity in the class, the instructor will be brought to the lab launch page.

    I have a class that starts today, how long does it take to set up a class and provide labs to students?

    Once vouchers have been received from your Gilmore purchase and added to your organization, they are immediately available for scheduling. Setting up the class should only take a few minutes. Once the class is created, you can provide training keys to students for immediate access. Please review our Setting up Classes with Vouchers documentation.

    What happens if I have a no-show student?

    Operations Managers can make changes to the class roster during the first two hours of class. If a student does not attend, as long as they have not launched any labs, they can be removed from the class. If a student needs to be removed from a class after that period, you will need to contact Support.

    What do I do if I need to add more students to my class?

    If you need to provide labs to more students than originally planned, you will need to purchase the additional vouchers from the Gilmore Store. Once you have received your vouchers and added them to your organization, navigate to the class page and select the Class Training Keys option. On the Class Training Keys page, select Add Voucher to assign additional vouchers to your class. Once added those vouchers are available to be assigned to students.

    How long are vouchers valid for after purchase?

    Vouchers are valid for redemption until the 15th of the following month after being purchased from Gilmore. Once redeemed, vouchers are valid for class scheduling for 90 days.
