The content of the Lab Instructions in your lab are created and managed by the Organization that owns the lab. Occasionally issues may arise if there have been changes made to the software used in the lab, or the lab's instructions.
Best Practices for Preventing Issues When Following Lab Instructions
If you encounter an issue with a lab step, look at previous lab steps and ensure a mistake wasn't made or a step wasn't completed.
If your lab uses a cloud environment, test your login credentials before the class, or before you plan to complete the lab.
If your lab's instructions instruct you to enter commands, credentials or any other text from the lab instructions, into the Virtual Machine or cloud environment, always copy and paste from the lab instructions, instead of manually typing. This can help to prevent issues related to typos.
Report Issues to your Training Provider
If your lab's content or instructions have issues that prevent you from moving continuing in your lab, please to reach out to your instructor or training organization with details about the issue.
The following information will be helpful for your instructor or training organization, to resolve issues:
Where the error in the instructions occurred.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Screenshots that show errors, issues or other application issues.
