For Assistance with a Running Lab:

  • If you are having trouble with a specific step within the lab, first contact your instructor or company from which you purchased lab access.

  • If you are facing difficulty using the lab interface or are unsure to whom you should address your question or concern, please reach out to our Support team using the Submit a Support Request link found in the Help pane of the Lab Client interface.
