Files used in a lab are managed on the Lab Profile, by the Organization that owns the lab. It is not common, but occasionally lab users may encounter missing files in a lab.
Report Missing Files
If your Lab instance is missing files that are preventing completion of any lab steps, please reach out to your instructor or training organization with the following information:
The name of the lab.
Your unique lab ID, found on the Help tab of the lab interface.
The specific step in the Lab Instructions that you are unable to complete.
A description and name of the missing files that are needed to complete steps in the lab instructions.
Screen shots, if possible, of the lab interface.
If you do not have an instructor or training organization, please contact the support team where you purchased your training for assistance.
