Skillable Account Security

This document provides guidance for authenticating user accounts with Skillable Platforms, as well as account management in each platform.
Login
When you navigate to the Training Management System (TMS) or Skillable Studio, you will be greeted with four options to login. You can use a Corporate Azure Active Directory, a Microsoft account, a Google account or a Skillable account.
Login Option | Description |
---|---|
Corporate Azure AD | Allows you to authenticate into Skillable platforms using your existing Corporate Azure AD credentials. |
Microsoft Account | Allows you to authenticate into Skillable platforms using your existing Microsoft account credentials, such as an Outlook, Live, or Hotmail account. |
Allows you to authenticate into Skillable platforms using your existing Google account credentials. | |
Sign in with a Skillable Account | Allows you to authenticate into Skillable platforms using a Skillable account you have created previously. If you need to create an account, please see the Create User section of this document. |
Choose an authentication method; Corporate Azure AD, Microsoft account, Google account or a Skillable account.
If you choose Corporate Azure AD or a Microsoft account, you will be directed to a page to authenticate using your credentials.
If you would like to login with an Skillable account, enter your username or email address, and your password.
Logout
You can log out of your account from any page in TMS or Skillable Studio.
Select your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select Sign Out
When you sign out, you will be directed to the log in page.
Create User Account
TMS
If your account has the proper permissions to create an account in the TMS, you may create accounts as you have before. If you do not have the proper permissions, unsure if you have the proper permissions, or need assistance creating an account, please reach out to our customer support team.
Skillable Studio
If you are a lab developer and would like an account in Skillable Studio, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Account Management
You may want to edit your user profile to change some information, or update information if it has changed since you initially created your account.
You can edit your user profile from any page in TMS or Skillable Studio.
Select your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select Edit Profile.
You may change anything on your user profile that has a text field.
If you wish to change some information that does not have a text field, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Users who have email addresses associated with multiple organizations
If your email address is associated with multiple organizations in TMS, you can use your Corporate Azure AD, Microsoft account, Google account or Skillable account to login.
Navigate to the URL that corresponds with the organization that you wish to login to.
Choose an authentication method; Corporate Azure AD, Microsoft account, Google account or a Skillable account.
If you choose Corporate Azure AD, a Microsoft account, or a Google account you will be directed to a page to authenticate using your credentials.
If you choose to login with a Skillable account, enter your username or email address, and your password.
Change Email
If you wish to change the email address on your Skillable Studio account, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
If you wish to change the email address of your Corporate Azure AD, please reach out to your company support for assistance.
If you wish to change the email address on your Microsoft account, please read Microsoft's documentation.
If you wish to change the email address on your Google account, please read Google Account Help.
Change Password
Your Skillable account password can be changed at any time by viewing your account and selecting the Change Password button.
In TMS or Skillable Studio, select your name in the upper-right corner of the page.
Select View Account.
Select Change Password in the upper-right corner of the page.
Enter a new password and select OK.

## Forgot password
If you forget your Skillable account password, you can reset it by selecting the Reset Password link and providing your email address. This must be the same email address that is on your Skillable account.
Select the Reset Password link on the sign in page.
Provide your email address to which a password reset link can be sent.
You will receive instructions on how to reset your password.
