Understand Customization Options
Skillable TMS provides several configuration options to help organizations align their login site with their brand, terminology, and support model. The sections below outline what can be customized, along with recommended guidelines and implementation considerations for each area.
Customize the URL
Each organization receives a unique login URL in the following format:
https://yourcompany.learnondemand.net
For example:
https://careerrockit.learnondemand.nethttps://workshop.learnondemand.nethttps://challenge-labs.learnondemand.net
URL customization options include:
Create a unique URL based on your organization name
Set up different URLs for sub-organizations or business units
Use a shared URL across multiple sub-organizations
Update your URL in the event of a rebrand or name change
Note: URL availability depends on uniqueness at the time of request.
Customize the Site Logo
Your organization’s logo can be displayed in the top-left corner of the site navigation and appears across all pages.
Logo specifications and recommendations:
File type:
.pngor.jpegBackground: White or transparent
Recommended size: 200px Ă— 53px
Typical height: ~70px (can be resized as needed)
These size guidelines help ensure optimal display and visual clarity across the TMS interface.
Tip: Transparent backgrounds typically provide the cleanest results.
If your organization includes multiple sub-organizations, logo configuration can vary based on URL structure:
Each sub-organization with a unique URL can have its own logo, or
A single logo can be used across all Sites under the same customer
Customize Login Page Image and Sign-In
The TMS login page includes a background image and a sign-in module. Both elements can be customized to align with your brand and user experience.
Background Image
You may provide a custom login image to replace the default image.
Recommended size: ~1025px Ă— 540px
Images can be resized to fit appropriately.
Sign-In Module
The sign-in module can be adjusted in the following ways:
Reposition the floating sign-in box
Move sign-in to a bottom banner layout
Customize sign-in button text
Organizations can also enable self-registration using Training Keys. When enabled:
A Register with Training Key button appears on the login page
Users can create their own account and redeem training access
Brand Colors
Login page accent colors can be updated to match your organization’s brand. Customizable elements include the bottom banner color and sign-in button color.
This customization is implemented using lightweight styling updates and helps create a cohesive branded experience.
Customize the Contact Page
The Contact page can be customized to route users to your internal support resources. Supported customization options include:
Plain text contact details
Custom HTML formatting
Embedded links
Images and videos
Font styling and size adjustments
This allows you to direct users to your help desk, ticketing system, or internal documentation.
Customize the Footer
The footer of your login site can also be customized using HTML. This enables you to:
Add links to external websites
Include legal language
Insert branding elements
Provide additional navigation resources
The custom footer replaces the default footer and appears across all pages.
Customize the Navigation Bar
Navigation options can be configured both on the public login page and within the logged-in experience.
By default, the Contact button is always displayed. Optional additions include:
Public Course Catalog
Class schedule
Public training schedule
Custom external links
Button labels can be renamed to align with your terminology.
Request TMS Login Site Customization
To request login site customizations for your Skillable TMS instance, contact your Skillable representative and provide the following:
Your requested URL
Logo file(s)
Background image (if applicable)
Color codes (HEX values recommended)
Any HTML content for Contact or Footer customization
Navigation link requests
Our team will coordinate implementation and confirm once your branded login site is ready.
