How Do I Get Started With Skillable Storefront?

Getting started with Skillable Storefront is easy and only takes a few steps, whether you're a new or existing customer. This document will walk you through getting an account created and the next steps to set up a class.

New to Skillable?

Before you can place an order on a Skillable Storefront, you will need to request an account on your desired Skillable Storefront store. After receiving this request, Skillable will create the following for you:

  • Your purchasing account on the requested Storefront store.

  • Your organization to schedule classes in our Training Management System (TMS).

  • Your operation manager administrative user account in the Skillable Training Management System to schedule those classes.

Request a New Account

All class management will take place in the Skillable TMS.

  1. Request a Skillable Storefront account via your desired store using the Create an Account option on the top navigation ribbon.

  2. Once you receive a notification that your account has been created, you can navigate to the Skillable Storefront to log in and make your purchases.

Please note that your login information for TMS is different from your login information for the Skillable Storefront.

Existing Skillable Customer

If you already have an account or previously placed orders through one of our Skillable Storefronts, you should already have an organization and user account setup in Skillable TMS.

  1. For Microsoft Training Service Partners, Sign into the alh.learnondemand.net

  2. Next you will need to create a class.

Please note that your login information for TMS is different from your login information for the Skillable Storefront.

Set up a Class

To get your class(es) set up, you will need to:

  1. Purchases will automatically generate vouchers in Skillable's TMS, which you will use to schedule your classes. Your purchases will automatically sync over from the Skillable Storefront and be available in the Skillable TMS. It may take up to 10 minutes for the sync to occur after purchase. You will receive an email when the vouchers are ready for scheduling.

A voucher is equivalent to one learner seat within a class. For example, if you purchased 20 online labs through Skillable Strorefront, you will see 20 vouchers in the Skillable TMS available which you can redeem to schedule 20 students in a class.

  2. For Microsoft Training Service Partners, Sign into alh.learnondemand.net.

  3. Next, create a class with your vouchers. To learn more about creating classes, read our Setup a Class with Voucher documentation.

    Instructor Access

You do not need to purchase a voucher for your instructor. Instructor access for the class is included with your voucher purchases.

  4. Once, you have created your class, you will need to provide access to your learners. To learn how, visit: Learner Access
