What is the Degreed Connector?

• The Degreed Connector is a tight integration between Skillable and Degreed.

What services are provided by the Degreed Connector?

• The Degreed Connector provides daily catalog updates to customers, one-touch authenticated lab launch for users and verified lab completion results.

Who can use the Degreed Connector?

• The Degreed Connector is available, by contract, to all customers of Degreed.

• Contact the Skillable customer support team or your Degreed representative for more information.

How is my personal information protected?

• Using unique alias  anonymized information so that no actual personal information is used the Degreed Connector secures user data when launching labs.

• The Lab Launch service further secures the browser communications using the industry standard Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 authentication.

Does Skillable Use Cookies to Track User Data?

• Skillable does not use browser cookies to track any user data when launching labs and only uses browser cookies to track essential lab client information.

How are labs and courses updated in the Degreed instance?

• Customer's full catalog of Skillable Hands-On Labs are transmitted to Degreed and all updates are automatically applied to the corresponding courses once every day.

• Every unique Skillable Hands-On Lab Profile Instruction Set and Language combination is represented by a single course in a customer's Degreed Instance.

How do I search for Skillable Hands-On Labs in my Degreed instance?

• All Skillable Hands-On Labs are encapsulated within Courses within your Degreed instance.

• In the Search set the Provider filter to Skillable to display all available Skillable Hands-On Labs.

How do I launch a Skillable Hands-On Lab within my Degreed instance?

• Once you have found a Course that you would like to launch simply select the Course title to automatically authenticate and launch the corresponding Skillable Hands-On lab.

• If you encounter any issues when launching Skillable Hands-On labs contact Skillable customer support team for help resolving the issue.

How do I use the Degreed Connector?

• The Degreed Connector is an integration between Skillable and Degreed providing Degreed customers with secure access to curated Skillable Hands-On Labs.

• Contact Skillable customer support team or your Degreed representative for more information.

What information is required to configure the Degreed Connector?

• Your Degreed API Provider, Degreed SAML 2.0 identity provider and other basic configuration information is required when configuring the Degreed Connector.
